Senior Network Engineer

Project Desciption

Our client, is currently looking for a Senior Network Engineer for their local and regional operations

Main Responsibilities

• Design, implement and support LAN, WLAN and network security solutions
• Lead thinking and practice to enhance the technical excellence of the organisation
• Ensure client satisfaction through proactive issue detection using network monitoring tools
• Perform root cause analysis of recurring technical problems and identify solution to resolve issue
• Develop standard procedures and improve delivery methodology based on industry standards
• Collaborate with sales team to perform appropriate pre-sales

Candidate Profile

• Holding at minimum a Bsc in Computer Science, Telecommunications or equivalent
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience with proven track record deploying complex WLAN, LAN and network security infrastructure
• Holder of a professional certification in ITIL Foundation, CCNA, CCNP and Fortinet would represent an added definite advantage
• Continuously maintain level of technical certification in Network and Security
• Ability to understand, analyse and identify appropriate solution in complex problem-solving situations
• Be action-oriented and results-driven
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Holder of a valid driving licence
• Flexibility in working odd hours
