Adecco Mauritius is looking for Trainers & Career Counsellors (freelance basis) to support its HR Consulting and Training departments. We provide Outplacement Services to our clients; assist departing employees with obtaining a new job, or transitioning to a new career.

Main responsibilities:

• Carry our competency analysis (bilan de compétences)
• Discuss strengths and potential areas for development
• Provide career counselling
• Help draft CV and cover letter

Profile:

• Empathetic, friendly and tactful
• Experienced trainer (essential)
• Experienced HR Professional (essential)
• NLP Certified Coach (desirable)
