As Finance and Admin Manager (FM) I work closely with, and report to, theManaging Director. Face of the company in key areas of interaction withcustomers, suppliers, and various stake holders (internal and external).As FM, I drive best practices in finance and administration within theorganization to maximize efficiency and growth.Responsible for matters relating to the accounting practices and financialreporting of the company.Ensure efficient financial monitoring and reportingPreparation of various financial reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, andannual basiso ManagementAccountso Agedpayablesandreceivables reportso Cashflow forecasto Annual budget
Improve, Develop and put into practice procedures for handling finances andaccounting, review accounting discrepancies and recommend correctiveactions.Ensure all financial accounting reconciliation is completed on a timely basis.Prepare invoices for clients and resolve any billing issues.Keep track of accounts payable and accounts receivable.Preparationofcustomerandsupplierstatements.Handlinganyqueriestoresolution.Be the focal point with external stakeholders such as auditor, managementcompany and tax authorities on all financial mattersMonitor the financial performance of the company.Make sure tax reporting obligations are timely fulfilled.Communicate with banking and finance partners for any matters that mayarise.Responsible for all matters related to the operations and administration of thecompany.Work closely and transparently with all external partners including third-partyvendors and consultants.Oversee administrative functions as well as facilities to ensure efficient andconsistent operations as the organization scalesDevelop, improve, and document administrative procedures within thecompany.Support the Managing Director in relation to recruitment and human resourcesmatters as the company scales and onboards more employees.Supervise and administer payroll processing.
