Training: communicating with managers, liaise with RTI,
MQA, HRDC and training institutions etc..
Organise training sessions and assits with the online
monitoring of HRDC.
Preparation of G1 and G3 along with all the required
documents to be submitted.
Recruitment & Selection:Being actively involved in
recruitment by preparing posting ads and managing the
hiring process.
Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
HRIS: Maintain the HRIS up to date i.e. creating accounts
for new recruits and support the development and
implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Support the management of disciplinary and grievance
issues.
Assist in performance management processes.
Assist the Call Centre Manager during special campaigns;
·Payroll: Calculation salaries for Factory employees (40
employees).
·Conducting Interview & Exit Interview.
·Administrative Task: preparing of letters such as letter of
transfer, breast feeding letter, testimonials and
confirmation letter etc…
